As a qualified electrician myself, I first started by having a small-crew that sub-contracted out to bigger retailers. These retailers win the work and then engage a smaller subby to complete the install. I gained a wealth of experience by using a range of different products and working for a range of different retailers. A great understanding of what to use and what not to use along with the ultimate realisation that sub-contracting to a retailer definitely wasn’t ideal for anyone involved.  

It was those years that I really saw the evil in the industry and decided to do things differently. We started an in-house team of highly-skilled employees primarily focused on bringing customers electricity bills down. By having the installs completed by our own electricians, we can be sure that everything runs as efficiently as possible and that no warranties are voided; often the case unknowingly when an install is sub-contracted out to another company.
