There sure are! The Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme is on offer to all Australian households. These are often referred to as ‘STC’s and are calculated based on your overall system size and location. This equates to a lump sum that is deducted from your total price and is claimed by us post-install. The rebate can only be claimed by an accredited solar installer and a qualified electrician so we’ll do it for you and deduct it from the price. The proposal will have this clearly detailed so you’re able to understand it all properly.

Nearly all inverter and battery brands on the market have a product warranty of 10 years. All solar panels installed by us have at least a 25 year product warranty. Our workmanship warranty is 20 years (the biggest in the industry). By not engaging third-party contractors to complete the work we can be sure that the work is carried out to the highest standard. A standard that we’ve drilled into our team over the years.

Absolutely! Customers are given a direct phone number as well as a direct email to one of our in-house electricians. By using a qualified electrician to help support where needed, it means you won’t be waiting around forever for answers and can get the required help to fix the issue immediately. That way your system is up and running in a matter of no time. Our EnergyFlo AfterCare program also means we’ll actively monitor your system online and provide regular health checks throughout its lifetime.

No. No. No. No. No!!!! We’re not a ‘shell company’ with zero qualifications. We’re a team of qualified electricians and accredited solar installers that keep everything ‘in-house’. We’ll carry the onus and the warranties instead of dishing it off to a random subby in your area.

EnergyFlo looks after the entire process from start to finish. We’ll liaise with your electricity provider and submit all the necessary paperwork in order to get your meter replaced or configured for net metering. We’ll also handle any DNSP applications so you won’t have to worry about anything.

What’s the perfect system for one customer may not be the right fit for the next. Brands and system sizes will vary depending on a range of factors and no two households will ever be the same. That’s the great importance of our initial consultation. Whether it be the face-to-face site visit or a chat over the phone, our design team will analyse your electricity bills and gain an understanding of your needs in order to tailor a proposal accordingly. Rest assured, we only use brands that have been in Australia for 10+ years and that have a strong customer support. Whilst we don’t have any paid partnerships with any brands, we have been doing this for long enough now to know what products to use and what not to use.
Sometimes the initial process can feel overwhelming. It doesn’t have to be! Here are a few questions you may be thinking of in the lead up.
